The instructions confused me. Scott seemed to understand them completely and felt he knew exactly what to do. Since I did not clearly understand the rules and Scott was adamant he understood, I gave all control to Scott.
The game started and I basically just watched. After watching for about 20 minutes, I figured out that if both sides of the game refused to attack, that both sides would beat the bank.
